Check for and remove any foreign objects in the pump cavity or impeller.

Verify that the cold water supply is connected to the cold valve, not the hot one.

Check hose connections to ensure they are secure and not kinked.

Inspect and clean the inlet hose filters to prevent blockages.

Ensure the drain hose is at the correct height and not pushed too far into the standpipe.

Confirm the cold water temperature does not exceed 35°C.

Check the water flow rate to ensure it meets the machine’s requirements.

Touch the button to retry the spin cycle.

If the issue continues, pause the cycle and manually redistribute the load evenly.

If needed, stop the cycle, select the ‘Spin’ option, and restart.

Ensure the washing machine is properly leveled to avoid recurring issues.

Machine pauses for 10 minutes to allow suds to dissipate. It will restart automatically after this period.

During the pause, avoid restarting manually unless necessary.

Ensure you are using a suitable detergent designed for washing machines.

Avoid using excessive detergent.

Verify that the drain standpipe height does not exceed 1200mm.

Close the door completely and ensure it clicks into place.
